1 avocado, medium, diced

1/2 tomato, chopped

1/2 cup quinoa, cooked

pink Himalayan sea salt, to taste

black pepper, to taste

cayenne pepper, dash

1 tablespoon olive oil

Place all ingredients in a bowl, stir well.
