Infused Cardio (weekly class for women only)
A high energy, interval class that offers a mix of cardio, body-weight exercises, strength training and stretching with the aim to challenge and train your mind to effectively push your body harder toward reaching (maintaining) your goals. All fitness levels welcomed! Be prepared to move, elevate the heart rate, and SWEAT! Please bring yoga mat and water.

Belly Dance Jam Group Sessions
A private, ladies only, high energy, fast paced, and challenging hip-sation belly dance party. ALL levels are welcome to enjoy the fun of releasing inhibitions and embracing their feminine power, while shimmying with their siStars.
- 75 minutes lesson + choreography
- dance to an array of uplifting beats
- loaner hip-scarves for all participants
- brief Bellydance 101 introduction
- one memory card of pictures captured during your Jam session
Fit-Fun Glow Party
Get your creative glow on! A fit-fun party with the lights off and music pumped!
Wear white or neon colors to glow even more radiantly. Glow sticks will be shared with participants.
Annual Field Day
Ladies Taking It To The Park for an afternoon of childhood games nostalgia, but adult style! We’ve got the classic events:
- tug of war
- relay races
- obstacle courses
- mini fit-fun sessions
- team building activities
- and prizes!
Teams will earn points in each event to add up to your total for the day.
