smoothieGreen-colada Smoothie

1 cup coconut water

1 cup coconut milk, unsweetened

1 cucumber

2 cups pineapple, fresh or frozen* cut into chunks

1 banana, frozen and halved

handful spinach

1 tablespoon chia seeds

 

Directions:

In a high power blender, add liquids, chia seeds, cucumber, banana, pineapple, spinach. Blend until smooth consistency.
