Avocado Hash Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs, large, scrambled

  • 1 avocado, medium, diced

  • 1/2 tomato, chopped

  • 1/2 cup quinoa, cooked

  • Pink Himalayan sea salt, to taste

  • Black pepper, to taste

  • Cayenne pepper, dash

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

 

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a bowl, stir well.

Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs, large, scrambled
